Director of Digital, Partnerships & Events
The Director of Digital, Partnerships & Events will lead the IHC Digital, Partnerships and Events across all client accounts and agency verticals, but with an emphasis on luxury hospitality and modern wellness and beauty. The right candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing as well as developing and executing brand partnerships and events.
Qualifications
Minimum 6+ years of digital marketing, partnerships and events experience handling hospitality, beauty, luxury, and lifestyle brands.
Outstanding interpersonal communication and writing skills
Be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Generates innovative and exciting ideas for client pitching
Sets goals, monitors and reviews plans, and prioritize tasks effectively
Accomplishes tasks accurately and thoroughly with strong follow-up skills
Takes ownership of specific projects without supervision
Lead accounts with integrity and strong work ethic, being mindful of deadlines and planning ahead
Exceptional problem-resolution skills, including the ability to think creatively and outside the box
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A track record of success overseeing integrated campaigns

Digital Account Executive
The Digital Account Executive will lead the IHC digital team on fashion, wellness, beauty & hospitality accounts. This role is focused on digital strategy, social media direction, and management, influencer relations (paid and organic), analytics and performance, brand partnerships, and creating pitch decks in response to client briefs.
Qualifications
Minimum 4-5 years experience, mid to senior level experience of working in digital marketing
Experience in implementing and executing successful and impactful digital strategies that drove significant, measurable growth for businesses
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns tha engage, inform, and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their evolution
Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and confidence in presenting client pitches
Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects
Team player who can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Passionate about current cultural trends, social media, influencer marketing, and storytelling
Extremely meticulous attention to detail
National agency experience preferred

Social Media Intern
We’re looking for a Social Media Intern to support our fashion, wellness, beauty and hospitality accounts. The role is focused on graphic design, digital strategy, influencer relations and brand partnerships. The right candidate should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in graphic design, social media management, branding and digital strategy
Strong graphic design skills
Experience with luxury brands (bonus: experience in NY or LA)
Experience with campaigns on TikTok and Instagram
Experience in Adobe, Facebook Ad Manager, Excel and Canva
Knowledge of all social media platforms and Facebook Ad Manager

Events and Programming Intern
We’re looking for an Events & Programming intern to join our team!
The events & programming intern will assist our events team at IHC, and will effectively coordinate and execute special events for a range of our clients, including timelines and agreements. Our ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, handle on-site needs, work with vendors and research ideas.
